About

Building Stronger Family Bonds with Research-Backed Care

I’m a California licensed clinical psychologist who works with young children and their families during some of the hardest early parenting moments. I help parents make sense of behaviors like frequent tantrums, sleep struggles, hyperactivity or inattention, and intense anxiety, especially when things feel confusing, overwhelming, or stuck. My work is grounded in the belief that children do better when they feel safe and understood, and when parents feel supported rather than blamed. I’m a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) therapist, and I use this among other structured, well-studied approaches to strengthen the parent-child relationship while helping families reduce daily stress. I also provide comprehensive psychological assessments to better understand your child’s strengths and areas of need. Clear, thoughtful assessment helps families feel less uncertain and ensures that support is tailored. If you’re concerned about your child’s behavior or emotional well-being, I invite you to reach out. We can discuss your child’s needs and outline next steps for support.
